Our Dynamic Consulting Team is made up of diverse professionally trained individuals with educational and life experience in the areas of social work, education, criminal justice, law, politics, religion and health. Mission Statement : Our mission is to develop, deliver and measure innovative and progressive programs that provide direct services to urban communities and other underserved populations. Vision Statement : It is our vision that underserved populations no longer suffer disparities at disproportionate rates in the areas of health, education, economic and incarceration. History: FYM Consulting has been in existence since 2002, providing comprehensive services that strategically address the disproportionate needs within urban and minority communities. Areas of Focus: Health, education, leadership/civic responsibility and economic development Specific Areas of Focus: HIV/AIDS, incarceration, housing, employment, community mobilization and voter participation Target Populations Served : Families within urban communities Scope of Services: Program management/development, strategic planning /mobilization, education, evaluation/assessment, group and one-on-one consultation, comprehensive case management and skill building in the areas of systems navigation, effective communications, conflict resolution, problem solving, risk reduction and life skills. Funding Sources : FYM Consulting contracts our services with local community-based organizations, churches, school districts, city, state and federal government agencies, businesses and other organizations to provide direct services to high risk/challenging cliental, outcome-based evaluation/assessment and resource/referrals. One outstanding example is the venture between FYM Consulting, The State of Washington's Department of Corrections and Boys Scouts of America. FYM Consulting, The Department of Correction, and The Boy Scouts of America collaboratively delivered a program to allow children of inmates to participate in family visits and recreational programs.
